Cirrus submersible type Hydrostatic Level Transmitter are one of the accurate & efficient means of liquid level measurement, application ranging from water to acidic medium over a long operating range. Features like easy to install, submersible construction, long range and efficient working makes them one of the most acceptable continuous level measurement instruments. Advantage it inherits is its easy installation from top or from a small opening on top side of the tank, making it easy to use in any shape of tanks or pit without emptying the tank or making any special mounting arrangement. Transmitter is simply hanged inside tank through its cable. Different versions are available for normal liquids, corrosive liquids, high temperature liquids & acids. The sensor transducer is enclosed in a liquid tight ss316 / ptfe housing and assembled to a liquid proof cable. Due to liquid static pressure inside the tank, transducer signal is converted into 4-20 ma (2 wire) output in correspond to liquid level accurately. In case of acid version transducer (clt5-st), complete transmitter including transducer and cable is made of ptfe, which can withstand variety of corrosive environment with minimal maintenance and care.

Side Mounted Level Transmitter employs use of smart Level transmitter construction for accurate measurement of Liquid Level inside a tank. Its all stainless steel wetted sensing parts & diaphragm makes it suitable for most liquids. The transmitter is available in two flanged process connection variants & is compact in size. Working principle is based on static pressure measurement of liquid in compensation with atmospheric pressure & computing it into units of Level vide 4-20 mA DC current output. The static pressure of liquid inside the tank changes in respect to change in Level of liquid, sensor diaphragm senses this pressure accurately & sends signals to the transmitter amplifier module for processing it into linear analogue output. The high end of transmitter has a SS sensing membrane diaphragm, displacement of which changes proportionally to the change in liquid static pressure. Low end side of transmitter is made reference to the atmospheric pressure. Zero & span of transmitter can be adjusted as per span range adjustability. Its feature inherits no moving part, easy installation, Level measurement of liquids in closed & open tanks, accurate, quick response etc. For small tanks & clean liquid applications, models are available in slender tube thread mounting construction with integral cable, these can be used in diesel tanks, water, oil etc.

Cirrus top mounted Magnetic Float Level Transmitter are made for continuous Level measurement of liquids. Transmitter consists of array of magnetic sensors enclosed inside a sealed stem. A magnetic float traverses up and down between the operating range with the rise and fall of liquid Level. The magnetic float actuates the magnetic sensor circuitry inside the stem. The output value of array changes in corresponds to rise and fall of liquid Level, this output value of array is sensed by a transmitter circuitry which converts the signals into 4-20 mA current output proportional to the liquid Level inside tank. The transmitters are made in various lengths in SS or PP construction. Due to its easy mounting, different material of construction & reliable operation these transmitters are widely used for Level measurement of various liquids, including liquids having foam or fumes inside their storage thanks.
